Starting with your first contact, from design to installation, Aspen Garden Design is with you every step of the way.

You will arrange a consultation with Taylor, one of our expert garden designers. We start by getting to know you, your current garden, and your vision. In this first discussion, we'll explore what you hope to achieve and begin to envision the potential of your garden space.

Taylor will visit your home to discuss your aspirations, ideas, and overall vision for your garden. Together, you'll create a detailed brief for your new garden design. Taylor will share previous projects to inspire you and help identify your 'must-have' features.
As part of our service, we arrange for a professional surveyor to visit your garden site. During this visit, the surveyor will take precise measurements and access the heights. This thorough survey ensures that every detail is meticulously considered. With this comprehensive data, Taylor will provide recommendations and suggestions, ensuring your garden design is not only looks great but also practical and tailored to your space.

Once a concept design has been produced for your project, we will be in touch to arrange a virtual consultation to share our initial ideas for the space and ensure we are on the right track.
Following any amendments, you will be invited to our refined venue of choice in Burrough Court, south of Nottingham, for a personalised exploration of design options and materials.
This immersive experience allows you to explore every aspect of your new garden and make any necessary tweaks now that the design is fully visualised.
We will show you how your garden will look both in day and at night, highlighting how the space transforms for evening enjoyment, such as summer dinners outdoors.
You’ll also see and feel the exact materials selected for your garden, all while enjoying a drink of your choice.

Following the finalisation of your garden plans your project will be handed over to one of our recommended contractors.
We will conduct a visit at your property together where we will present a quotation for the construction works where, upon acceptance, we will fully oversee and manage your project until completion & sign off.
